I wanted to write this redcon1 MRE review because this is one of the best supplements on the
market.
MRE stands Meal Ready to Eat. Redcon1 takes after Bodybuilder Rich Piana's philosophy of eating "Real Food" instead of whey protein and supplements to gain muscle. I'm a bodybuilder and I got my muscle from eating things like steak, chicken breast, rice, potatoes etc. Among my peers, I don't know anyone who attributes large amounts of their muscles gained to whey protein.
Redcon1 MRE contains NO WHEY PROTEIN. The protein in MRE comes from real food. MRE's protein is comes from Beef Protein Isolate, Salmon Protein, Chicken Protein, and Egg Whites. Those are real food sources and those are the sources that I built my muscles from. Real Food.
