Redcon1 Total War Review

Redcon1 Total War Review

Total War is Redcon1's Preworkout Stimulant product.  I'm a huge fan of sour gummy bears so naturally the sour gummy bear flavor of Redcon1 Total War is my favorite.

The first thing you will notice after taking a scoop of redcon1 total war is a tingling or slight itching on your skin.  This is caused by beta-alanine.  Your body uses the beta-alanine to produce an amino acid called carnosine which is responsible for clearing lactic acid from your muscles.

When you are working out hard in the gym the burning pain feeling inside your muscles is caused by the production of lactic acid.  Everyone knows how the burning in the muscles starts to get stronger and stronger during the set the closer you come to muscle failure.

Beta-alanine through it's conversion to carnosine is responsible for cleaning up that lactic acid and preventing it's build up inside the muscles.  The high dosage of beta-alanine in Redcon1 total war will delay production and build up of lactic acid during your set which will in turn allow you to push harder for longer.  You will only get this effect if you are truly pushing your body to the limit.  That is where beta-alanine can help to extend your set.

The stimulant kick is comprised 350mg of caffeine in each scoop of Total War Preworkout.  That is more than the amount of caffeine in 2 rockstar energy drinks combined.  The rest of the ingredients in Redcon1 Total War review are synergistic with the caffeine to intensify the effect on energy.  These compounds include; agmatine, juniperus communis, and theobromine.

Overall, Redcon1 Total War is a good basic preworkout that covers all the bases without having any dangerous ingredients.

I found Redcon1 Total War Preworkout Here for the best price.
