Redcon1 RPG is a glucose disposal and nutrient partitioning agent.  I'm going to explain what that

means because i've used it with a lot of success.  RPG works for both fat loss and for muscle building.

Nutrient partitioning is when you are able to get the energy from the food you eat to go into the cells you want.  If you go to the gym then you want nutrients going to muscle cells and you want to starve your fat cells.  Then you get bigger, stronger, and leaner.

Redcon1 RPG contains a bunch of ingredients that affect sensitivity to the hormone insulin.  Whenever you eat protein or carbs your body produces insulin to signal to your muscle and fat cells to take in nutrients from the blood stream.  Without insulin, nutrients cannot leave the blood stream and enter cells.

The strongest and most impactful ingredient in RPG is Berberine HCL.  This ingredient has had a bunch of scientific studies done on it and its' effects are well established.  Berberine sensitizes muscle cells to insulin and desensitizes fat cells to insulin with the same efficiency as the diabetic drug

metformin.  This is really significant since metformin is a drug many pro bodybuilders use along with human growth hormone and anabolic steroids.

With Berberine in your system your fat cells are mostly inhibited from binding with insulin and allowing nutrients to escape your blood stream into the fat cells.  At the same time muscle cells are specifically sensitized to the effects of insulin and preferentially allow more fuel to be jackhammered into them.  Berberine will actually quickly give a small increase to the size of your muscles as the muscles will be able to hold more glycogen fuel inside of them under the influence of berberine.
